• Please, read carefully

The purchase of any travel services offered by Bromo Tour Bureau constitutes a contractual arrangement between you and Bromo Tour Bureau, and represents your acceptance of the Bromo Tour Bureau's Terms & Conditions set out herein. Please ensure that you read carefully and understand these Terms & Conditions prior to booking.

• Booking

Client may do the booking of any travel services by phone, email, filling the online reservation for or do direct booking at Bromo Tour Bureau. A booking is accepted when the Company has confirmed its acceptance in writing and issued a confirmation invoice. Client needs to review and verify the booking confirmation letter. Bromo Tour Bureau should receive client acceptance confirmation letter to purchase the required invoice. 

• Payment

To confirm your booking, please make initial deposit 30% of the tour price to the bank account of Bromo Tour Bureau at least 1 week before the first day of the tour. The balance of invoice can be paid partially during the tour and must be settled on the last night of the tour. Reservation will be automatically canceled if deposit is not received by Bromo Tour Bureau by the deposit due date. Payment of the deposit indicates client have read and accepted these Terms and Conditions. Any cost charged by bank or other extra cost caused by the difference currency should be paid by client.

• Changes by Bromo Tour Bureau

Bromo Tour Bureau's motto is'Bromo Tour Bureau is the only TOUR BUREAU for you to trust.' Based on this motto, Bromo Tour Bureau reserves the right at any time to cancel or changes of any facilities, services or prices described in our brochure or website and to substitute alternative arrangement of comparable monetary value or charges a supplement locally if alternative arrangements cannot be made without compensation to the client due to prevailing local conditions or any other reason. Where a major changes is made prior to departure, client may choose :

1. Accepting the changes and alternative arrangements with or without compensation to the client or with a refund of the difference in price.
2. Cancelling the tour and obtaining a full refund.

• Cancellation by Bromo Tour Bureau

Based on the above motto, Bromo Tour Bureau reserves the right to cancel the tour in any circumstances (such as weather and sea condition or force majeure ) beyond our control with or without prior notice. Where we cancel prior to departure, full refund of the total cost paid will be made. Client will not be entitled to any compensation for the loss of the tour. Where the running tour is interrupted by circumstances beyond our control, refund amount should be calculated what is deemed to be a fair proportion of the tour cost. Bromo Tour Bureau has no responsibility for any compensation or other cost client should expense caused by the cancellation trip.

• Insurance

Bromo Tour Bureau always assumes good things are happening to our trip. Client must take out suitable travel insurance in order to take part in a tour organized by Bromo Tour Bureau from the home country. Bromo Tour Bureau doesn't provide any insurance. Client is wholly responsible for arranging their insurance adequate cover for medical expenses arising through illness or accident during the trip and loss of holiday monies through cancellation and curtailment of the holiday for insurable reasons.

• Unused services

In the event of unforeseen circumstances or factors beyond our control incurs unused services, we will contact our partners and negotiate refund possibilities. The cancellation fee under terms and conditions of each service provider shall apply.

• Health Requirements

Tour activities as mentioned in this itinerary is designed to suitable for people of all ages in good health and good fitness. Some tour activities will involve uphill walks for several kilometres on tracks in wilderness as well as mountainous area. If you have any concerns about your own capabilities to join a particular tour activities, please contact us and we can discuss it. It is your responsibility to inform us any medical or physical condition that you have which could create a risk for you or any other tour participants. Bromo Tour Bureau reserves the right to decline participation on any tour activity where an individual’s health and physical condition is deemed to be unsuitable for the activity undertaken.

• Limitation liability

Bromo Tour Bureau shall not be liable for any cost, expenses or damages incurred or suffered by our guests arising from any of the following events:

- National or local emergency, acts or omissions of any government authorities or agencies, insurrection, civil disorder, war or military operations.

- Industrial disputes of any kind, strikes, lock-outs, stoppage or restraint of labor.

- Traffic congestion, vehicle breakdown, obstruction of any public/private road, highway, sea or air passage.

- Accidents of any kind occuring during the guests’ independent activities.

- Theft, robbery or lost property/luggage.

- Food poisoning or isolation as a result of infectious diseases or any condition likely to endanger health or safety on tour members or impair their reasonable comfort.

- Any cancellation or amendment or alternation of tour itinerary, hotel accommodation or tour services as a result of any of the unforeseen events or as a result of any decision, act or omission of the Bromo Tour Bureau’s suppliers.

If any of these inconvenience events occured, stay calm because we are here for you and striving to make your holidays an enjoyable moment.

• Acceptance of Risk

I have read and understood details for this tour package based on the information given by Bromo Tour Bureau which comprise the itinerary, accommodation list, type of transportation used, meals arrangement and what inclusions/exclusions within the tour. I’m aware that the standard of accommodation, transportation, safety, hygiene, cleanliness, medical facilities, telecommunication service and public facilities development may not be of the standard I am used to at home. Therefore, I understand travelling with Bromo Tour Bureau may involve risks.
I accept these risks and I fully assume the risks of travel.
